Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BetScore’s mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the website at betscore.app (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Overview

BetScore is provided by Lightbulb Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Services provide sports information such as predictions, statistics, fixtures, and live scores. Your use of the Services is at your own risk and subject to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Services where you live. If you are under the legal age for betting in your jurisdiction, you should not use the Services for betting-related decision making.

3) Not a betting platform

BetScore is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers, process bets, or handle withdrawals. Any betting you do is with third-party platforms and is solely your responsibility.

4) Predictions, data & accuracy

Predictions and insights are informational only. They may be based on historical data, statistics, or other sources. We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, availability, or completeness of any information shown in the Services.

Sports results are unpredictable, and you may lose money if you bet. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

5) Subscriptions & purchases

BetScore offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). All payments are processed by the respective platform provider. We do not collect or store your payment information.

For iOS users: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

For Android users: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings: iOS: App Store → Profile → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including scraping, automated requests, or abuse of APIs) beyond normal personal use.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent security features, access controls, or restrictions.

For security and stability, we recommend you do not use jailbroken/rooted devices, as functionality may be reduced.

7) Intellectual property

The Services (including design, software, and branding) are owned by Lightbulb Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without permission.

Team names, logos, and league marks (if shown) are property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

8) Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party data sources (for example, fixtures and live scores), and may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightbulb Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and uninstall the app.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will post an updated version here and update the “Last updated” date.
